My current team focuses on Skipcart, the lastest last-mile delivery app. I am working on reimagining both Skipcart's mobile app and desktop platforms with workshops, competitive analyses, and fresh innovative designs. Previously I was on the 7-11 Quick Service Restaurant team. There I crafted the first 7-11 Restaurant customer-facing device and upgraded existing designs for the 7QSR team with the latest 7-11 design system.
My first official adult job! Yay! I communicated daily with users, stakeholders, and developers to create products for the iHeart Sound+ ecosystem within an Agile environment. With the help of our company style guide, I designed user interfaces and create new components to build the most robust system for future company products.
This unique opportunity to work as an unpaid intern, or "untern" as we liked to call it, came about during my last semester of college. I got to work with the iHeart UX team and take on a project of my own. During this time I interviewed professionals in the radio industry, learned to apply feedback in iterations, and sharpened my product development process.
For this summer internship IÂ worked at a digital marketing agency. My focus was on conducting UX audits and creating prototypes for their client's websites. Here I strengthened my skills in visual communication, presentation, and wire-framing.
