🖼 Festival of the Arts

One of the most beloved EPCOT festivals, the International Festival of the Arts, is a celebration of creativity and art from around the world. It's an opportunity to observe and appreciate all sorts of cultures, adults and children alike.

Something bright and eye catching is typical from this festival so I knew I wanted to keep with that pattern. Colorful & bold was the agenda. Bringing in an artistic twist was going to be a challenge... this is an arts festival after all!

I ended falling head over heels for this concept of framed art that got just a little messy... The floating ribbon and dripping paint on the frame gives it a dimensional feel. The final touch was adding the canvas texture to the piece.

Of course this never made it onto the property, but if it had it would have fit right in amongst the other Disney posters. Bright, friendly, and just slightly inspiring. Cheers to the festival artists and their art!
